We want to share an update regarding an incident that occurred at our bridal salon yesterday. We experienced a small electrical fire that started in our basement. We are incredibly fortunate that the fire was contained quickly, thanks to the swift response of the Massapequa Fire Department. Most importantly, no one was hurt and none of our brides’ gowns in storage were damaged. All bridal, evening wear, and bridesmaid gowns stored with us are carefully kept in protective garment bags to help ensure their safety.
What was impacted the most was the bridal salon itself and all of our sample gowns. But we will rebuild and our samples will be replaced. We want to assure you that we are prioritizing our brides above all else. All gowns have been safely transferred to our Showroom location across the street, where they are being thoroughly inspected.
Our Massapequa salon will need to undergo restoration and will be closed until further notice. If you have an upcoming appointment and have not already been contacted by our team, please reach out to us directly at 516-795-2222. Our Carle Place and New York salons are fully open. We will also be opening our Carle Place salon on Mondays and Wednesdays as of 4/7 to accommodate more bridal and evening wear appointments.
