As a Boothbay Wedding Photographer, I’m lucky to witness so many beautiful celebrations but Sarah and Corey’s Friday afternoon wedding at Wilson Memorial Chapel in East Boothbay was something truly special.

The chapel, a charming landmark in Ocean Point, holds deep meaning for the couple, making it the perfect place to exchange vows. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, the ceremony felt intimate, heartfelt, and full of personal touches.

One of the most meaningful parts of being a Boothbay Family Photographer is getting to witness the legacy of a family captured in one joyful session and this recent extended family portrait on one of our favorite beaches was just that.

With 15 family members, including grandkids ranging from 6 months to 18 years old (and one heading off to college this fall!), this crew knows how to make the most of their time together. From the tiniest baby giggles to teen jokes, the session was a celebration of all stages of life, woven together by love and tradition.

Every day is a good day when you’re staying at the Cliff House Resort in York and Ogunquit Maine! This family came up for a fun early spring weekend to enjoy the pools and hot tubs.

There’s something magical about Squirrel Island, a small, car-free summer community just off the coast of Boothbay Harbor. My morning began with an early ride on the island’s “mail boat” followed by an amazing tour of the entire island while I captured this family’s Squirrel Island Family portraits

Heidi and Steve’s wedding day was a perfect blend of intimate simplicity, Maine charm, and joyful love. Everything you could hope for in a Bar Harbor elopement. Their day began at the Salt Cottage, tucked just outside downtown Bar Harbor followed by their vows in Acadia National Park and a tour around for photos.
