Vendors are responsible for maintaining and updating their listings. T.I.E. reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate these terms.
4. Booking & Payment Policies
T.I.E. does not process payments between vendors and clients. All transactions are handled directly between parties. Clients are responsible for verifying vendor credentials and service terms before booking. Vendors are solely responsible for managing their payments, deposits, and contracts with clients.
5. Refund Policy
Subscription payments for vendor listings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer. If a vendor wishes to cancel their listing, no prorated refunds will be issued.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Any fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior will result in account termination. Vendors must not post false information or infringe upon copyrights and trademarks.
7. Review & Rating System
Clients may leave reviews on vendor listings. Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on real experiences. T.I.E. reserves the right to remove fake, misleading, or offensive reviews.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on T.I.E., including logos, images, and text, is the property of Timeless I Do’s & Elegance. Users may not copy, distribute, or use content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
T.I.E. is a listing platform and does not guarantee the quality or reliability of vendor services. We are not liable for disputes, damages, or issues arising from vendor-client transactions.
